String Chamber Music Camp
The String Chamber Music Camp, the second week of the Oskaloosa Music Festival, offers a more in-depth study of chamber music for interested violin, viola, cello, and bass students in the region. Participants will be placed into small string ensembles and will rehearse with, and be coached by one member of the faculty ensemble. At the end of the week, all student groups will present their work in a public recital.
Since the camp has limited enrollment, interested students must apply and submit a brief recorded audition following the instructions on the application form. Applicants will be accepted based on the completion of this application and their demonstrated ability in the audition recordings. Please click on these two links to access the forms you'll need to apply.
